Returns/Exchanges

Please Note: ADPRO Sports manufactures garments specifically per your order and can only authorize returns for defective or mis-shipped merchandise.

These items are special order items that require some additional time before they can be shipped. Your special order item will be shipped in 3-4 weeks once your item is ready, your payment is approved, and the receiving address is verified.

Return Procedure
All returns must be called in to a customer service representative at our Toll Free 1.800.397.6707 number to receive authorization.

*To obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number before shipping your product, please call customer service or send us an email.
For faster service, please include the following in your email:

• Name
• Invoice/order number
• Product being returned
• Reason for return request

*NO returns of any type will be accepted without a valid RA number.

*Your RA number must appear clearly on the outside of the return shipment.

**The customer is responsible for shipping charges on all returned items.

Refunds
Once your return has been received, please allow 7-business days to process your return. Returns will be refunded with a check. Please allow 30 days from the date we receive your return for a refund by check.
